Key Account Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry to drive business growth.
About this Role
* In Charge of Existing Clients Within the Assigned Territory
* Develop and Implement Strategic Account Plans to Achieve Sales Targets and Foster Account Growth
* Acquisition of New Key Accounts Within the Assigned Territory
* Conduct Regular Business Reviews with Clients to Assess Their Needs, Address Concerns, and Provide Solutions That Meet Their Objectives
Main Responsibilities
1. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO ENSURE THEIR NEEDS ARE MET AND DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
2. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC ACCOUNT PLANS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND FOSTER ACCOUNT GROWTH.
3. ACQUIRE NEW KEY ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE ASSIGNED TERRITORY.
4. CONDUCT REGULAR BUSINESS REVIEWS WITH CLIENTS TO ASSESS THEIR NEEDS, ADDRESS CONCERNS, AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THEIR OBJECTIVES.
Qualifications - Position Requirements
* Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills
* Experienced with Proven Ability to Deliver Results in an Autonomous Working Environment
* Solid Experience and Commercial Knowledge of the Travel & Hospitality Industries
* Commercially Good Knowledge of Business for B2B
* Project Management Skills
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as Working Languages is Required
