They don’t wait to be told what to do - so proactiveness is highly desired.Ideal environment for those who love to ask questions, spot gaps, and bring ideas to the table.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systemsDevelop and maintain configuration management systems for multiple environmentsCreate and maintain simulation environments for third-party integrationsBuild and improve developer productivity tools and extensionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address platform needsContribute to the architecture and design of internal tools and systemsImplement monitoring, logging, and observability solutionsCreate a layered permissions Admin Panel to automate common support requestsCreate a reporting framework to query system data for financial and operational reportsTechnical Requirements:Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and best practicesProficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript developmentExperience building and maintaining Chrome extensionsStrong SQL knowledge and experience with database optimizationExperience with GraphQL API development and integrationExpertise in developing simulation/mock environments for third-party APIsKnowledge of DevOps practices and toolsExperience with configuration management and environment variable handlingFamiliarity with API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, WebHooks)Qualifications:7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in platform or tooling engineeringProven track record of building internal developer tools and automation systemsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD practicesExperience with communication APIs (e.g., Twilio)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsNice to Have:Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologiesBackground in SaaS or cloud-native applicationsExperience with monitoring and observability toolsExperience with CRM platform integrations, ideally HubspotWe are looking for the BEST that want to be part of a fast growing company that is set to take off.
