**Regional Partner Manager: Accelerate Growth in LATAM and Brazil**

We are seeking a skilled Regional Partner Manager to lead the expansion of our partner ecosystem across LATAM and Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, enabling, and developing our partners, ensuring contracts, commercials, and systems are aligned to support regional business growth.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to recruit customers across the region.
* Strategize, plan, and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with your team and partners.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing regional partners.
* Enable and activate partners by teaching them how to grow their customer base with our market-leading SaaS backup service.


About the Role

This is a full-time occupation, fully remote, with travel activities expected for the role. You will report to our VP of Sales Americas and work closely with our Account Executive, Solution Engineer, and US RPM team.


About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate has a structured approach to SaaS business development, an entrepreneurial spirit, and fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong written and spoken English.


Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition and Development: Acquire, onboard, enable, and develop regional partners to drive business growth.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy in alignment with the sales team and partners.
3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at regional partners.
4. Sales Enablement: Teach partners how to grow their customer base with our SaaS backup service.


Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A structured approach to SaaS business development.
* An entrepreneurial spirit.
