Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that drive measurable growth and development.

As a key member of our talent development function, you will partner closely with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes and craft relevant learning content that meets their needs. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design tools like Articulate to create multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content that is tailored to diverse learning styles.

You will also serve as the operational owner for our Learning Management System (LMS), curating and maintaining a dynamic and streamlined training catalog. Your ability to analyze training metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations will be essential in enhancing our learning solutions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will embody an agile and customer-obsessed mindset, rapidly producing high-quality content elevated by feedback and data. You will be a key driving force behind the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs.

Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive measurable growth and development

* Utilize instructional design tools like Articulate to create multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content

* Analyze training metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations


Qualifications:

* 3-5 years experience driving L&D initiatives in high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment
* Experience leveraging LMS systems, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with customer-centric approach
* Proven ability to analyze training metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations
