Join to apply for the Field Service Engineer - Makro role at Sidel.Your opportunityPerform installation, start-up, commissioning and testing of Sidel equipment installed at customer sites, specialized in automation. Provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after-sales services of Sidel equipment installed at customer sites. Develop a good understanding of customer needs to provide objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction.Your MissionTest and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.Operate automation systems, HMI and electrical plant for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures.Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities.Submit regular working time and technical reports regarding carried-out activities.Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules.Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer sites.Coach junior colleagues on on-site behaviour, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables.Report to the ISM for team site activities.Your Profile3 years experience in field activities.Experience in the beverage industry.Consolidated technical background on Automation and Electrical (TIA Portal; Step7; Rockwell Automation; B&R).Knowledge of Sidel portfolio is a plus.Knowledge of the process machineries upstream Sidel equipment.Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental conditions and guidelines.Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment).With or without experiences in beverage industry.
