**What you will do**
The Facilities Manager Engineering is responsible for overseeing all engineering operations and maintenance projects portfolio within the facilities & utilities. You will ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively to support the overall facilities & utilities operations of the organization:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of all facilities engineering projects and plant business strategic capex initiatives aligned with Kenvue business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address engineering-related challenges and opportunities in facility& utility management portfolio
- Manage large-scale engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Ensure all facilities project change controls, final validations, documentation management in accordance with the Quality Management System ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize facility operations and maintenance for the Facilities Engineering department
- Lead cost-efficiency and technical improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility & utilities management
- Act as the technical lead for the Site´s Civil Engineering projects, driving successful project outcomes
- Coordinate contractor activities ensuring effective execution and technical guidance across all phases of project execution
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA
- Extended experience in managing engineering facilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
