Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role focuses on recruiting top technical talent for various U.S.-based clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including pipeline building, sourcing tools leverage, applicant evaluation, job posting, hiring manager partnerships, data accuracy maintenance, and scalable process development.
* Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with 3-5+ years of experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment is required.
* A strong understanding of technology trends, passion for working with technical professionals, and multitasking skills are essential.
* Excellent English communication skills, with Spanish and/or Portuguese being a plus, along with high professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, be able to think strategically, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
