ONE is a member of THE Alliance (THEA), a global ocean carrier consortium.For more information, please visit www.one-line.comRole Responsibilities and Activities: Monitor, calculate, control, and disseminate information on local container stock levels across various Brazilian ports.Manage Import Returns / Export Releases and conduct periodic reviews of the ONE BR website to provide guidance to our clients.Control empty container inventory, coordinating with all local suppliers to ensure robust equipment stock levels to serve our clients with quality and excellence.Monitor equipment turnaround time (FIFO - First In, First Out) and maintain daily tracking.Maintain close liaison with local partners and suppliers to appropriately address various issues concerning ONE's equipment, including conducting physical audits of service providers when necessary.Plan and execute the repositioning or evacuation of empty containers within Brazilian territory.Create MT (Empty) Bookings for empty containers.Create and control EQR(s) (Equipment Request) and manage the execution of transport.Collect supporting documentation for Detention & Demurrage billing.Provide support to internal and external clients in various situations involving equipment.Supply information on empty containers to Brazilian local authorities (e.g., discharge, loading, and transit manifests).Manage Off-hires, long stay containers, and Total Loss units.Monitor container movements, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transmissions, and provide guidance to the offshore team in India (WNS CTM move).Administer the ONEFORCE tool for CASE management and resolution.Control the release of extra ONE Bolt Seals to ONE clients.Monitor STANDBY situations in the OPUS system to directly support the prompt finalization of Bookings.Develop simulations to support statistical calculations for the OASIS system.Provide support and information to Regional and Procurement teams.Address and manage various day-to-day situations concerning containers as they arise.Maximize the utilization of free pool arrangements and container reuse.
