Job Description
As our new Accountant, you will work alongside our Controller in Rio de Janeiro and be part of a skilled regional Finance team of 13 colleagues based in Panama. The team manages a wide range of accounting and financial activities across the Americas, giving you the opportunity to build a strong foundation in international finance and understand how operations connect across borders.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate and timely accounting processes while contributing to efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in our daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include processing payments, managing vendor invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting monthly closings. You will also help strengthen local accounting capabilities and ensure the smooth running of financial operations in Brazil.

Areas of Focus
* Manage daily accounting operations including payments, invoices, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
* Monitor bank transactions and credit card expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Support recurring payments and office-related administrative expenses.
* Collaborate with the Controller and regional Finance team to improve workflows and streamline processes across the Americas.
Your Professional Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally within an international environment.
* Familiarity with Brazilian banking systems and invoicing platforms (e.g., Itaú).
* Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems (NAV) is an advantage.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
