As an IT Solution Specialist, you will be the global technical expert supporting end-user compute solutions, ensuring their integration and evolution across the company landscape. You will be responsible for managing enhancements, support, and the overall lifecycle of several IT solutions within End-User Services.Your Missions:Act as primary Level 2 support for incidents, request fulfillment, problems, and changesDevelop and maintain Level 1 & Level 2 solution documentationCreate and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and run booksDeploy applications and updates via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune/Endpoint Management portal, and Cloud Management GatewayConfigure Intune/Endpoint device profiles, conditional access policies, and mobile application managementEnsure support structure alignment with Service Delivery Managers and maintain solution KPIsParticipate in operational meetings with service partners and regional peersYour Profile:Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting end-user compute environmentsIT Service Desk/Helpdesk roleCreating and packaging applications for SCCM and IntuneIntune administration: Mobile Device Management, Autopilot, troubleshooting, device configuration profiles, conditional access policiesExperience with PowerShell scriptingFluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
