Description
* Support the Product Owner in Agile practices for organizing the Product Backlog.
* Support the team in its self-organization for the execution of its activities.
* Assist the team in removing impediments.
* Shield the team from interruptions.
* Develop and ensure transparency regarding team efficiency and effectiveness metrics.
* Facilitate priority negotiations between the team and the PO.
* Ensure quality and support strategic initiatives.
* Ensure the execution of Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and other team meetings.
* Encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer among team members.
* Be responsible for the continuous improvement of the teams, ensuring an environment that fosters a culture of learning and evolution.
* Knowledge of the insurance sector.
* Knowledge of financial control.
Requirements and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Kanban, and SAFe;
* Possess excellent communication skills; be organized; be capable of resolving conflicts; assist the team in removing impediments; support the team in its self-organization for the execution of its activities; utilize Agile metrics; and have experience in technology projects or software development;
* Have experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum;
* Possess skills in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing cross-functional teams, and have knowledge of Agile management tools, such as Jira.
