Service Delivery Manager
About the Role
As a seasoned professional in service delivery, you will take ownership of our operational processes to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with engineers, customers, and other stakeholders.
* Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain efficient on-call coverage plans, incident management processes, and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* SOPs & Runbooks: Create and refine comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for SRE engineers to handle incidents confidently.
