Job Title: Service Improvement Specialist
The Global LEAN team is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Service team across regions to implement the LEAN roadmap and support sites in enhancing their LEAN maturity level.
* Analyze performance metrics and root causes to identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinate small to medium-scale improvement projects on work methods and processes within turbines, offices, and warehouses.
* Deploy LEAN tools and assess training requirements.
* Facilitate on-site Kaizen events and follow-up sessions to define and sustain improvements.
* Promote operational efficiency.
