We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence and achieve high-quality lead generation.
This role demands deep expertise in paid advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, performance analytics, SEO, and CRM-integrated campaigns. You will manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms based on KPIs, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the sales funnel.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work and a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
You will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel digital advertising campaigns, implementing email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign, and creating brand-aligned marketing materials such as digital ads, product images, and videos.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Developing, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Implementing email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign
* Creating website content such as landing pages and product listings while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements
* Social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing
* Analyzing performance data to inform campaign strategy and improve overall marketing effectiveness
You will be working independently in a remote environment while communicating regularly with the marketing team. A strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and highly organized approach are essential for this role.

About the Role
This role offers the best of both worlds – performance marketing skills combined with strong creative execution across channels. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation through the strategic execution of all digital marketing efforts.
You will work closely with the Content Manager and Business Development Manager to develop and execute coordinated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all creative and digital assets.
A strong understanding of SEO tools, analytics and tracking tools, and CRM platforms is essential for this role. You will also need to stay up-to-date with luxury travel trends, platform changes, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work and a proven track record of generating qualified leads
* Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms
* Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders, solid understanding of SEO tools and analytics and tracking tools
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing and marketing automation
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
* Analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and highly organized approach
