Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
2. Develop and maintain delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
3. Partner with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
5. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban.
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
