Direct Response Creative Strategist (Meta Ads Focus)

Compensation: $50,000 to $72,000 USD per year + Performance Bonus Structure

The Opportunity

Own the creative engine behind a DTC brand currently spending nearly $700K per month on Meta Ads with a target to scale to $2-3M per month in ad spend this year. You will write the scripts, build the strategy, and drive the ads that take Penrose Skin to the next level. This is a high-impact role for an elite direct response creative strategist who operates with extreme autonomy, understands deep consumer psychology, and wants a direct line to the founders.

We are a premium direct-to-consumer grooming brand known for luxury, pheromone-infused body butters inspired by designer fragrances. From a niche disruptor, we have grown rapidly through viral digital marketing into a highly sought-after grooming essential. With a strong DTC presence and ambitious product launches ahead, this role sits at the absolute center of our next phase of aggressive scaling.


What You Will Do

Scale the Account: Push our Meta ad spend from its current $700K per month toward $2-3M per month while maintaining or improving ROAS through relentless creative testing and iteration.

Deep Psychological Strategy: Build concepts based on deep customer personas and match specific marketing frameworks (unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware) to those personas and their desires.

High-Volume Output: Produce a high volume of quality concepts weekly, working seamlessly with our graphic designers and leveraging AI tools (like nanobanana pro) to build statics on your own.

Scientific Iteration: Run\ "learnings\" on every single creative. Form a hypothesis, test it, analyze why it worked or failed, and iterate on the winners relentlessly.

UGC and Content Mastery: Build and improve systems to source UGC, brief creators, manage AI video creatives, and oversee the production of high-converting assets.


What We Are Looking For

Proven Scale: You have a documented track record of managing creative strategy for Meta ad accounts spending $500K+ per month and have helped scale ad spend to $1M+ per month.

Extreme Autonomy: You do not wait for instructions. You get things done, build systems, and take full ownership of the creative pipeline without being asked.

Psychology Expert: You deeply understand consumer awareness stages, emotional hooks, personas, and how to write copy that converts cold traffic for specific audience segments.

AI and Format Fluent: You are up-to-date with the latest AI tech for ad creation (statics, video, AI-generated content) and know how to design listicles, advertorials, and hybrid MOF/BOF ads.

Obsessive Learner: You are addicted to learning, improving, and analyzing data to beat your own control ads. You stay on top of every new tool and trend in the space.
