* Analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

* Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart.
* Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello.
* Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL.
* Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum.
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
