Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead our customer data ecosystem teams in adopting and maturing Agile principles and practices.
This role involves facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as well as removing obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress. You will work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
You will also track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
Requirements:
* Experience working as a Scrum Master or equivalent experience in Agile project management.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum frameworks.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
* Experience tracking team performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
