Key Responsibilities: Manage email correspondence and client inquiries Schedule and coordinate meetings, including follow-ups Assist in organizing and managing content for marketing campaigns Update and maintain provider profiles on the Sofia Health platform Conduct research and compile information as needed Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations Help with social media scheduling and community engagement Requirements: Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills (English only) Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Mindbody, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
