What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?Analyze sales trends, market share, and customer buying patterns in modern trade channelsMonitor KPIs such as volume growth, revenue, profitability, and trade spendingPrepare and present sales reports, dashboards, and insights for management and sales teamsConduct competitor analysis, pricing studies, and promotional effectiveness reviewsRecommend strategies for assortment planning, pricing, and in-store executionPlan and evaluate promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiativesWork closely with key account managers to develop customer growth strategiesCollaborate with supply chain, demand planning, trade marketing and category management teams to align strategiesAssist in negotiations and execute joint business plans with retailersLeverage historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracyWhat kind of profile are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or another related areaMinimum 1 year of sales experience at an FMCG companyEnglish proficiency (oral and verbal)Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What competencies are key to this role?Strong business acumenProblem-solving skills, confidence and adaptabilityAbility to negotiate and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersMaintaining relationships with cross-functional teamsHandling high-pressure environments, delivering quality results within tight deadlinesWhat can you expect from Banvit BRF?Being part of a global, collaborative and dynamic working environmentStrong corporate culture with commitments to customers, employees & environment we serveVertical, horizontal, and cross-functional growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation package
