What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
* Prepare and consolidate department financial data to recommend budget plans.
* Analyze and report on the division’s performance, comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
* Conduct monthly expense analysis and explain budget deviations.
* Review and report significant variances between actual and budgeted results.
* Ensure the accuracy of department budget submissions and submit to RO for approval.
* Regularly review financial plans and budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
* Ensure timely adherence to the monthly closing calendar across departments.
* Review and approve local provisions and PR requests before manager approval.
* Collaborate with internal accounting, stakeholders, and the RO team for accurate financial reporting.
* Support regional finance and business partners with performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
* Conduct Channel/Category profitability analysis to influence managerial decisions.
* Analyze customer profitability P&L, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Support value creation through financial insights, analysis, and reporting, collaborating with both local and international FP&A teams.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
* University degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant area.
* Interest in an international working culture.
* Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate.
What competencies are key to this role?
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Knowledge of Hyperion and SAP is desirable.
* Ability to act as a team player considering all stakeholders.
* Adaptability to complex processes, making fast and accurate decisions.
* Strong communication skills for working closely with other teams.
* Ability to multitask within defined timeframes.
