Senior Digital Project Manager
We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Project Manager to lead our customer data ecosystem project. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for cross-functional teams.
* Responsibilities:
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work with compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with business objectives and goals.
* Provide training and mentoring to team members and other project managers within the organization.
* Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment.
* Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools.
