Job Title: Traffic Operations Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize traffic resource utilization and drive user growth. Your expertise in data analysis and performance evaluation will play a crucial role in informing our decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Traffic Resource Management: Develop overall strategies and manage daily operations for various in-platform traffic resources (e.g., banners, featured placements, feeds, etc.). Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to plan and execute resource placements, improving exposure efficiency and click-through rates.
* Self-Growth Tool Exploration & Operation: Build and operate self-growth tools (e.g., referral programs, social sharing incentives, recommendations) to enhance organic traffic acquisition. Design user engagement funnels and incentive mechanisms for different scenarios to drive sharing and referral behaviors.
* Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation: Establish core metrics for traffic distribution and conversion, conducting real-time monitoring and attribution analysis. Regularly generate reports on strategy effectiveness, key resource performance, and user behavior trends.
