* Partner Management:
o Onboarding and engaging partners to increase revenue streams.
* Customer Management:
o Providing solutions for customer operations, customer support, learning management systems, and knowledge management.

Primary Responsibilities
* Designs, builds, and implements web-based business solutions using the latest technologies.
* Contributes to client projects and product initiatives as part of the Professional Services team.
* Collaborates with Senior Developers to write Statements of Work (SOW) implementation notes.
* Works closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and technical requirements.
* Participates in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
* Writes clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code.
* Integrates APIs and web services to build robust applications.
* Troubleshoots issues, performs unit testing, and resolves defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python.
* Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
* Knowledge of back-end frameworks like Node.js or Django.
* Understanding of database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
