Achieving success in this position requires a strong background in MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Intune. You will work closely with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.

* Designing, installing, configuring and supporting system technologies, including servers, storage and Active Directory.
* Consulting with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborating with engineering teams to provide expert guidance and support for organizations looking to optimize their IT environments.
* Managing client support tickets and maintaining clear documentation.
* Tracking time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
