Creative Production Manager
We're seeking a seasoned creative professional to lead our production team in crafting exceptional visual experiences for thousands of small businesses.
This role requires a unique blend of design expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on execution abilities. As a Creative Production Manager, you'll oversee the assembly of websites, logos, and visual assets, ensuring that every project meets our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include managing designers, inspecting work daily, providing constructive feedback, and driving quality excellence throughout the production process.
* You'll be responsible for reviewing completed work daily to ensure it meets our quality standards.
* Provide specific feedback on real work to elevate the performance of your team.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our standards.
* Execute when needed - whether it's refreshing a logo or fixing a layout.
* Run a high-volume production environment, handling hundreds of sites and thousands of updates monthly.
What We're Looking For
Core Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio.
* 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a design team.
* Hands-on execution skills: ability to create and refine logos, fix layouts, and improve visual hierarchy.
* Production experience: worked in environments where volume mattered.
* Quality obsession: reject work that's 'fine' because fine doesn't win.
Bonus Qualifications
* Background in advertising, branding agencies, or e-commerce design.
* Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, Gutenberg).
* Understanding of conversion principles: what builds trust, what drives action.
* Experience building or maintaining design systems.
* Knowledge of SEO basics and how design choices impact performance.
