Senior IT Recruiter Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team.
This role involves sourcing, screening and placing top technical talent based in Latin America (LATAM).
The candidate will be responsible for recruiting LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and supporting U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
Key Requirements
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Familiarity with technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding.
* BUILD strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
