Marketing Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of client projects.
This position is responsible for managing internal communication, task coordination, and resource planning to deliver high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.

Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet client requirements.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines.
* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
