Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate a portfolio of high-complexity projects.
2. Implement the company's new innovation process.
3. Organize and maintain the project routine.
4. Lead strategic projects.
5. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
6. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resource allocation.
9. Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
10. Ensure all projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
11. Manage the innovation process, promoting new ideas and technologies to improve processes and products.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience as a Portfolio & Project Manager.
* Certifications such as PMP are a plus.
* Proficiency in project management tools.
* Fluent in English.
