We automate anything that happenstwice.The roleIf a process repeats, your job is to automate it.You'll own the systems behind our internal operations, sales, onboarding, and executive support — from the SaaS stack to the Zoho ecosystem to the automations that tie them together. You'll be expected to take a business problem, design a solution, ship it, and keep it running without hand-holding.What you'll ownBusiness systems & administration
- Manage user access, permissions, and subscriptions across our SaaS stack.
- Provision and deprovision accounts cleanly, with security and auditability in mind.
- Keep the environment organized, documented, and ready to scale.Zoho architecture
- Design and maintain our Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Analytics, and adjacent apps).
- Build systems that match how the business actually works — no forced workarounds.
- Improve data quality, reporting, and operational visibility.Automation & AI workflows
- Build no-code and low-code automations in Make, Zapier, and similar tools.
- Hunt down repetitive workflows and eliminate them.
- Design AI-assisted processes that make work faster, more consistent, and more accurate.Operational engineering
- Understand how leads, sales, billing, onboarding, and customer ops connect.
- Build systems that reflect those flows end-to-end.
- Be the human-in-the-loop when judgment or exception handling is required.You should have
- Hands-on experience building operational systems on no-code / low-code platforms.
- Fluency with Make, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
- Real experience using modern AI tools inside production workflows.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- The instinct to work independently and figure things out.Bonus points for
- Zoho CRM / Books / Analytics experience.
- A track record supporting sales, ops, or CS teams.
- A portfolio of automations or systems actively running today.
- Startup or fast-moving environment experience.What success looks like (first 90 days)
