This role is ideal for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about building and nurturing online communities.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.What You Will Do...Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional and on brand manner.Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audienceCollaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.Ad hoc tasks may include, but are not limited to:Finding new social media trendsWhat You Will Need..A High School Diploma or equivalentA personal PC/laptop with a working webcamFluent in English and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral.
