Your Role And Responsibilities
Perform activities related to debt collection from residential, commercial, industrial, and special customers, including credit blacklisting processes, preparing presentations (PPT), managing customer debt portfolios, supporting leadership in various activities, and providing support for requests to IBM.
Must ensure the preparation and analysis of management reports, as well as provide support to other company units and customers.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI).
Differential: Knowledge of SalesForce and previous experience with collections.
