About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Builder and Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts on LinkedIn, engaging with the tech and startup community, and executing social selling strategies.
Responsibilities

* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure successful customer experiences.
* Identify and acquire new employers searching for tech talent to join our platform.
* Develop and generate leads through proactive sales efforts.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in business development, account management, sales, or a similar field.
2. A strong network in the HR/Recruiting industry.
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
4. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, along with excellent analytical skills.
5. The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
6. Capacity to identify business opportunities and market gaps.
7. Ambition to grow with the company long-term and expand our client base.
8. A flair for sales and negotiation.
