This role involves working on various EIB priorities under a framework contract, focusing on regional and urban development, urban buildings and social infrastructure, economic development, and disaster risk management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the field, with expertise in transition to climate-neutral economies, carbon-neutral cities, land use and transport integration, sustainable urban mobility plans, smart cities, eco-districts, brownfield regeneration, cultural heritage, and territorial governance mechanisms.
">
Additionally, they should be experienced in working with EU, EIB, WB-financed projects and have a Master's or Bachelor's degree relevant to the topic.
