We are seeking an experienced IT specialist to join our team in a critical role that combines technical expertise in systems administration with strong knowledge of IT audit and compliance requirements. This position is essential in ensuring both secure, stable IT operations and audit-readiness across the organization.
This role requires a dual approach: responding to IT audit requests and maintaining critical IT systems and infrastructure. As the main point of contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits involving IT, you will collect, organize, and submit audit documentation, including evidence of access controls, system configurations, logs, and security policies. You will also coordinate with other IT and business units to ensure accurate and complete responses to audit inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms. Familiarity with IT audit processes and frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) is highly desirable. Experience with access management, system monitoring tools, and log collection systems is required.
Responsibilities include:
* Act as the main point of contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits involving IT
* Collect, organize, and submit audit documentation, including evidence of access controls, system configurations, logs, and security policies
* Coordinate with other IT and business units to ensure accurate and complete responses to audit inquiries
* Support testing of IT general controls (ITGCs), application-level controls, and infrastructure safeguards
* Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and help prepare for recurring audits
In addition to audit response and compliance, this role involves system administration responsibilities such as managing and maintaining servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with backup and recovery systems, endpoint management tools, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). Familiarity with GRC tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is also beneficial.
The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-driven, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced IT environment, you will be able to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
