Built on AWS, our data platform provides the foundation to open up Human Resources (HR) data and enable advanced analytics. As a hands-on data scientist with strong data engineering skills, you build scalable data products, develop predictive insights, and work closely with HR. You turn questions into practical, trustworthy analyses.
Role highlights
* You validate and evolve use cases from HR data such as workforce trends, interactions, and operational metrics
* You develop and integrate machine learning models into existing systems
* You shape data architecture and data models and build data pipelines
* You ensure data security with row-level and column-level controls
* You build scalable solutions with Python on AWS
Your skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (ETH/Uni/AUS) in Computer Science or Data Science
* Several years of experience in data science, analytics, or building AI products, ideally in people analytics
* Strong skills in Python and experience with AWS
* Solid understanding of data security and governance
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
* Engaged, curious, and proactive
* Very good German and English, spoken and written
