In this role you will: Provision, modify, and deprovision user access for Slack in accordance with documented procedures and security policies Respond to end-user "how-to" questions Slack and its out of the box and custom features. Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate Slack issues, escalating more complex problems when appropriate Provide first-level support for common Windows operating system issues that might be adversely affecting the Slack desktop application. Manage multiple open issues concurrently while meeting service-level expectations Follow written SOPs, Work Instructions and Job Aids consistently and accurately Assist with maintaining documentation, including updating existing procedures and creating new procedures as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with users, technical teams, and stakeholders Problem-solving and analytical thinking Time management and attention to detail Process adherence and documentation discipline Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader IT team Adaptability in a fast-paced support environment Mandatory Skills: Experience in an IT Operational Support, Service Desk, or similar technical support role Working knowledge of the Windows operating system and ability to troubleshoot common user issues Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Ability to follow detailed wr
