Como Analista de Contabilidade Júnior, você dará suporte à equipe financeira preparando relatórios financeiros básicos, analisando dados contábeis e auxiliando na conciliação de contas. Você apoiará as atividades contábeis diárias para garantir registros financeiros precisos e organizados. O que você fará: Preparar as conciliações das contas, analisar diferenças e adicionar a documentação de suporte. Registrar lançamentos contábeis durante o mês e no processo de fechamento mensal. Preparar as atividades de fechamento mensal para transmitir informações financeiras precisas de acordo com os prazos Regionais e Corporativos. Pesquisar e reconciliar contas da razão geral atribuídas, de acordo com as políticas da empresa. Preparar a determinação do Custo Final. Dar suporte a todas as áreas da empresa, fornecendo as informações necessárias em tempo hábil. O que estamos procurando: Formação com concentração em área relacionada a negócios (ex.: Contabilidade, Finanças, Economia, etc.). Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência em programa de estágio na área Financeira. Experiência em empresas multinacionais é desejável. Sólido conhecimento das normas contábeis locais e US GAAP. Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de compreender dados e questões complexas, desenvolvendo soluções proativas. Inglês básico (oral e escrito). O que fará você se destacar: Histórico de realização de objetivos de negócios mensuráveis. Conhecimento aprofundado de GAAP local/IFRS e U.S. GAAP, contabilidade para transações complexas e controles internos em conformidade com SOX. Forte conhecimento e habilidades práticas em sistemas relevantes (ex.: ERP - SAP preferido - e produtos MS Office), conforme aplicável ao país.
