Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Representative to drive outbound sales and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and lead generation, helping expand our client base for software and engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other outbound channels
* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
* Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs
* Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales or technical teams
* Maintain CRM records and track outreach activities
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
* Research target industries and companies to identify potential opportunities
* Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and pipeline targets
Requirements
* 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
* Experience in B2B outbound sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Ability to manage high-volume outreach campaigns
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
