MSP Delivery Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests. This key role involves serving as a primary point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Supporting large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conducting intake calls, qualifying candidate resumes, and managing requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with a customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
