We're an agency that operates at the intersection of conversion rate optimisation and direct response marketing.
Our work goes well beyond running A/B tests - we build and iterate on entire growth systems for our clients, from cold traffic offers and landing pages to messaging frameworks and funnel architecture.
We're looking for a senior hire who can operate as a true peer to our existing team - not someone who needs direction on what to test or why, but someone who brings their own point of view and can defend it.
You'll work directly with clients, own the ideation process end-to-end, and contribute to shaping how we think about growth across our portfolio.
This is not a standard CRO role. If you're used to running incremental tests against a backlog someone else built, this probably isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone who thinks in terms of offers, angles, and customer psychology - and has the track record to show for it.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing day-to-day A/B test ideation across client accounts, scoping tests intelligently, prioritising by impact, and knowing when to push for a bigger swing versus a surgical change
* Developing new landing pages and advertorials from scratch, starting with the angle and working through to brief
* Designing cold traffic offers, thinking through pricing structures, hooks, value propositions, and funnel flow with a direct response lens
* Managing client relationships directly via Slack and attending regular calls - you'll be a face of the work, not just someone behind the scenes
What we're looking for:
* 4+ years in CRO, growth, or performance marketing, with real depth, not just breadth
* A strong direct response background, ideally in DTC or e-commerce; you understand how cold traffic funnels actually work
* The ability to write clearly and persuasively - briefs, Slack updates, and client-facing communication all fall within your remit
* Experience designing or contributing to offer structures, not just testing what's already in market
* Ability to work full-time and cross over with US timezone
* Bonus: hands-on experience writing advertorials, VSLs, or long-form sales copy
The role:
Full-time contract, remote. You'll work alongside a small team of senior practitioners with direct exposure to a range of clients and verticals. This is a high-ownership role with real influence over both client strategy and how we evolve as an agency.
