Job Title:
A Toronto-based agency is seeking intermediate full-stack developers to join their global technology group.
This company lives at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity to provide clients with high-performing campaigns and digital products that shape connected customer experiences.
Responsibilities include designing and developing user interfaces (UIs), creating responsive and interactive web pages, optimizing website performance, writing server-side code, developing APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), managing databases, testing, understanding the entire web development process, troubleshooting and debugging issues, working with different technologies, communicating with stakeholders, and creating unit tests.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of best practices and writing clean code, 3+ years of working knowledge with modern frameworks and languages (REACT & NodeJS), be comfortable in the command line (Mac), experience with GraphQL and Apollo, be able to build a prototype and take it to production, demonstrate experience from at least one large-scale project, motivation to learn and be on the forefront of current technology standards and practices, ability to rapidly pick up new concepts and technologies, and familiarity with working with different CMS integrations and building out clean content structures.
