Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to oversee and execute construction projects in Chandigarh. In this role, you will assist in managing site operations, ensuring engineering designs are executed accurately, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site construction activities and ensure work aligns perfectly with architectural and structural drawings.
* Supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and junior technical staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
* Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in site execution, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
* Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools. Solid understanding of billing, estimation, and material testing.
