Role and responsibilities The Landholder and Reforestation Delivery Manager is the primary field-based interface with landholders, communities, reforestation contractors, and other local stakeholders for NatureCo's projects in Brazil. This position will build and manage a pipeline of landholders interested in reforestation, lead outreach and onboarding, coordinate site inspections, lead the collection of relevant data required for carbon standard checks, and lead signature of landholder agreements. The role will also play a key role in ensuring compliance (contracts and carbon standards) as well as coordinate schedules between landholders and contractors for the implementation of reforestation activities. This will include confirming site readiness, conducting periodic field quality audits, documenting and tracking progress, and resolving issues that could delay delivery or degrade quality.
