Committed, ready to strengthen the kitchen team for menu preparation

Ensure the proper presentation of dishes and make adjustments if necessary
Check the setup, enhancement, and replenishment of buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service)
Offer à la carte service at the buffet by personalizing the customer relationship
Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med\'s hygiene and safety rules, as well as the maintenance of the heritage
