Training Coordinator/LMS Administrator

Overview:
Provide administrative and project services, including direct location services to the client, data
entry in the Learning Management System, direct customer contact for training
administration and logistics, and support for other administrative tasks related to the assigned
contract.
Major Job Activities
Training Administration:
Schedule courses and trainers, send participant invitations, and confirm attendance.
Assist with the overall planning of training schedules.
Provide customer-facing support, including administration, training logistics, and event
management.
Book Venues and Trainers for all sessions
Register students online, complete certification claims, and handle exemptions.
Deal with customer enquiries and contact delegates prior to course attendance.
Manage online courses and classes.
Generate data reports using LMS.
Maintain accurate records and filing.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors.
Handle administration related to training content development, translation, proofreading,
and media production.
Cooperate during sales launch training.
Customer Support:
Provide direct customer contact for training administration and logistics.
Address customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
Perform data entry in the LMS.
Maintain and update training records.
Requirements:
Must have experience as an LMS Administrator in Workday, SuccessFactors OR Cornerstone on Demand
Must have experience as a coordinator - booking events and travel
Must have strong reporting skills
