Key responsibilities of an IT support analyst include:
 * Analyzing issues and developing solutions to resolve them.
 * Troubleshooting system, application, and hardware issues to ensure optimal performance.
 * Keeping customers informed about the progress of their tickets.
 * Working remotely with customers to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
 * Utilizing internal knowledge bases to provide and find solutions to common issues.
 * Using external resources to research and resolve complex issues when needed.
 * Maintaining accurate records of ticket status and fixes within the tracking system.
 * Escalating issues to relevant parties as required.
Requirements:
 * A minimum Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience is preferred.
 * Experience delivering IT solutions in a corporate environment.
 * Proficiency in mixed Mac and Windows environments.
 * Additional Skills:
 o Experience working in centrally managed computer environments.
 o Supporting A/V environments (optional).
