Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a senior professional to provide functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance for Oracle ERP Cloud financial functionalities, including Accounts Receivable, Customers, Billing, Collections, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
* Resolve technical issues and deliver high-quality support within defined timelines.
* Assist users during financial close processes across multiple regions (LATAM, US, APAC).
* Perform regression testing during quarterly SaaS environment updates.
* Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and document all activities according to ITIL standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive support best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, focusing on financial modules and Brazilian localizations.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years with Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
* Participation in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects (LATAM and US).
* Proficiency with BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP, and REST.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
* Fluent in English.
