Delivery Executive Role
We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Executive to oversee the execution of intricate, cross-functional projects within an agile engineering framework. This role acts as a liaison between business, product, and engineering functions – translating priorities into actionable steps, driving clarity, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
This is a hands-on position that involves direct client interaction, requiring someone who takes ownership, navigates ambiguity, and keeps teams aligned and moving forward.
Main Responsibilities:
* End-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through completion.
* Developing and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Closely partnering with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in leading delivery for intricate projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing capacity.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus.
