Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a group of interviewers with the following profile - a consultant and/or sales executive with experience in the Mexican/Brazilian corporate/banking market who has a network of contacts in the area who is passionate about developing relationships and discovering knowledge in the financial industry with respect to Mexican/Brazilian corporations.
Executive Interviewers are responsible for conducting interviews and gaining valuable insights to achieve high-quality studies.
As an Executive Interviewer, you will work as part of a centralized team with senior Buy-Side professionals and gather information that gives Coalition Greenwich a competitive advantage in the global consultancy market. You will help execute marketing strategies and conduct virtual interviews directly with financial executives at the highest levels of Mexican/Brazilian corporations. Individuals in this position will work closely with the company's Field Operations team, as well as with our consultants who run the study and provide the context materials to conduct their interviews.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to be persuasive with Buy-Side clients, are critical to the success of this role;
knowledge of financial markets is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
* Organize, schedule, and conduct interviews for our study with selected professionals from Mexican/Brazilian companies
* Represent Coalition Greenwich during interviews
* Entering data into Coalition Greenwich's CRM system
* Research new data to update and maintain the database
Qualifications/Experience:
Our ideal candidate seeks to make a substantial difference in data quality. Having professional behaviour and being autonomous are essential. In addition, the ideal candidate must meet the following essential (and desirable) requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Interviewing experience (desirable)
* Contact database management and organization
* Professional and convincing appearance on the phone and in virtual meetings with potential interviewees
* Excellent time management
* High level of persuasion/ideally sales/communication expertise
* Autonomy to investigate new data
* Autonomous work with high initiative
* Knowledge of Excel and Word, Outlook
* Experience in the banking or financial sector
The person who applies must have a computer to do the work. That it also has a microphone and camera to conduct virtual interviews. Having a good connection is also necessary.
